Wet Shotcreting Machine

Introduction： The specialized shotcrete support and spraying equipment includes SP-30B wet shotcreting machine, SP-25 wet shotcreting machine and SP-20 wet shotcreting machine. All are capable of front-wheel steering, four-wheel steering and crab steering. The highest speed is 18 km/h and the maximum climbing capacity is 24°.

These products have been used in several projects including Xi'an-Chengdu high speed railway, Wudongde Hydropower Station, Yuqian Railway, Changlin High Speed Railway and Lixiang Railway. The accumulated spraying amounts to 100,000 m3 and for each unit of equipment, the monthly spraying averages 1,500 m3. The project quality and performance were well and widely recognized by clients.
