On October 12, 2010, the grand inaugural ceremony of Strategic Alliance for TBM Industry Technology Innovation in Henan Province was held in Zhengzhou Sofitel Luxury Hotel. Han Yali, General Manager of China Railway Tunneling Equipment Co. Ltd and Tan Shunhui, Deputy General Manager of the same company attended the ceremony and sign the alliance agreement with 16 other members.
 

Strategic Alliance for TBM Industry Technology Innovation in Henan Province was voluntarily formed by key enterprises, universities and colleges, scientific research institutions and social groups dedicated to technological progress and independent innovation of TBM industry in Henan. With demand for technological innovation as the bond, improvement of the ability to innovate as the goal and the legally binding agreement as guarantee, the alliance brings into full play such superior resources as government, industry, university, research and application, makes concerted efforts to break through technical bottlenecks of industrial development and realizes rapid industrialization of technological innovations so as to optimize and upgrade industrial structures in Henan and enhance industrial core competitiveness of Henan.
